# Plin Code

> Independent Laravel and Symfony engineering consultancy run by Daniele Barbaro, Tech Lead & Software Engineer, freelance since 2012. Based in Turin, Italy; engagements are remote worldwide, in Italian and English.

Plin Code is a one-person consultancy, not an agency or a staffing firm. Work is senior engineering delivered directly: codebase audits, legacy refactoring, MVP stabilization, and fractional engineering leadership for teams running PHP applications in production.

The standard daily rate is 480€; sustained monthly commitments of 12 or 16 days per month are priced lower per day. Rates are published rather than quoted case by case. Fixed-price work is also possible, but only on a scope that is written down and stable; that price is agreed per project and is therefore not published.
